Hodor Company has been managing, developing, and investing in real estate in North Central Florida for the last 50 years. Spanning three generations, we have developed 2 golf course communities, single family detached and attached residential neighborhoods, apartments, student condominiums, vacation condominiums, and professional/medical office parks. Over the past 15 years, Hodor Company has expanded its footprint to include the Atlanta area. While we continue to manage, build, and invest in commercial property, we also build custom homes and develop starter home communities. See our portfolio page for some of our more recent projects.

Management – Our philosophy is our tenants come first. We manage many professional and medical offices spaces and buildings throughout Gainesville, FL and Atlanta, GA. Our goal is to meet all of our tenants’ needs including: securing the right space in the right location, maintaining the look and quality of the space, providing efficient and effective maintenance, offering a wide range of services and vendors, and managing future needs should they change. Development – Developing vacant real estate is our primary focus. From determining a property’s highest and best use, to completing finished developments, Hodor Company has been successful in turning ideas into reality. Our history and portfolio of development is broad and diverse which gives us the experience to think outside of the box when looking at specific sites.

Investment – Although we typically like to develop and/or build our own properties, there are occasions when an opportunity presents itself to invest in existing projects. We have had success in finding properties that are underpriced or underutilized and converting them into performing assets. In this area our primary focus is to be disciplined in our selection criteria and have a clear plan for success. When deploying capital, whether it is ours or our investors’, we are highly selective in our approach.
